    Request for Data Table support for Workflows1
    Post last edited Yesterday by Matt Jackson

    Data tables working really well for scenarios, but would be good to be able to execute the same workflow with different data table substitutions.  The flexibility not to have the whole scenario set up/torn down would be great.

    Example:

    ============

    Context: Login as XYZ, Navigate to Search Page

    [data table for WorkFlow1]

    value1 value2
    A B
    C D

    Verify Search Is Working:

    • Select <value1>
    • Click Search
    • Verify that <value2> is present in the results

    ============

    Or maybe I'm approaching this in the wrong way?

    Thanks in advance,

    Matt

    Folder support for scenarios5
    Post last edited Yesterday by David Mack
    Hi, I am writing/have written a large number of Twist tests and I would like to be able to divide my tests not only with the tags but also with a directory structure (still contained with in the scenarios folder). At the moment you can divide them with the folders but Twist can’t find the files to run so you have to move the file to the top level when you want it … which is a pain. Thanks, (100 files is a pain to look at)

    What other drivers would you like for Twist?9

    Currently, Twist “drives” other functional testing tools. It supports Selenium for web testing and Frankenstein for Swing testing. What drivers would people like to see in future releases?

    Firefox 3.5 support1
    Post last edited February 9, 2012 by James O'Sullivan

    I upgraded firefox on our integration server tonight to find that Twist doesn't appear to support Firefox 3.5.

    If you could implement this that would help a lot as I'm currently trying to find a 3.0 version to download and reinstall

    Textwrap on steps
    Post posted April 6, 2009 by James O'Sullivan

    Hi,

    A lot of our tests involve filling out web forms that contain between 4 and 15 fields.  We've been trying to fill out the required fields in a form in one step, but the side-effect is that we have a lot of horizontal scrolling and therefore can't see the entire test on the screen at one time.  If we could have text wrapping on the steps that would help us out, but there's probably a better solution that you all can think of.

    Thanks

    James

    Running isolated Twist tests from Ant3
    Post last edited February 9, 2012 by Carlos Villela

    I've been searching for a way to run just one specific test scenario from the command line. Currently, it doesn't look like there's a simple or obvious way to do that.

    I'd like to see something like the code snippet attached.
