I would also love to be able to do this, it would be a very useful thing for us.

One of our card properties is 'Blocked' and we currently have no way of seeing whether a card is blocked or not in the Grid view.

Ideally, a little red spot to the left of the card number if Blocked=Yes would be fantastic.

We use the Grid view mainly and with Blocked cards being of major importance, it would be great to have visibility on those from this view.
