Further to this discussion I'd like to add that we are using tags in a similar fashion, adding a requirement number and it's section to the list of tags. eg:

    BRBPR,BRBPR01

This allows us to search for the requirement specifically and the section.  We have a wiki page which lists what stories were generated from a particular business requirement using this simple MQL query:

    h2. Business Process Requirements

     {{ table query: SELECT number, name WHERE TAGGED WITH 'BRBPR' }}

Some bright spark asked if we could display the list of tags as values returned from the query, however I have been unable to find or discover a keyword that will expose the tags associated with a card.  The possible 'Tags' and 'Tagged' options result in an error inidcating the card doesn't have that property.

    This post has two suggestions:

    1. Expose tag values to MQL queries.  I can get them from an admin page, how about from an MQL query ?

    2. Implement multi value lists.  Some of these issues could be sidestepped if a card property could contain more than one value.

    Regards,

    Jason.

    Ok,

I've been asked to provide some more details about my particular scenario, here are some particulars:

    1. Operating system on which Mingle is installed?

    2. Database you use?

    3. Version of Mingle ( you can get this information by clicking on the "about" link at the bottom on any Mingle page)

The Mingle instance is hosted at  https://minglehosting.thoughtworks.com

    Ruby platform

    Java version

    Operating system

    4. Can you elaborate more on how you are using the linux client system to access Minglehosting?

    Browser: Firefox 4.0b10pre (2011-01-11) (Minefield)

    OS: Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit

    PC: Dell XPS M1530 4GB RAM / 100GB HDD

    Jason.

    Hi,

Got a similar situation here (can't save story edits).  Using a linux client system to access minglehosting and so far all other get funtionality seems to work fine, but when i try to save edits, i just get lots of waiting and no results.  I've tried to do a network trace, it appears the ssl handshaking is having a problem but I'm not sure what it is. I suspect th e mobile broadband wireless router isn't dealing with the SSL, a colleague on the same network is having a similar problem.  I've checked thr router config for any options to manage security protocols and/or service management.  All appears to be ok.  nothing obviously siwtched on or off that should be otherwise.

This client system has performed well on other networks using minglehosting.  Any ideas ?

    Jason.
