    Title:
    Mingle 3.2 is now available
    Announcement:

    What's new is Mingle 3.2?

    Embedded Help Features

These features are designed to accelerate adoption of Agile and Mingle best practices.

Explore Mingle - An optional "Explore Mingle" tab in each project guides you through the extensive online Mingle help content.

    • Easily find information about how to use Mingle via links to help content and instructional videos about Agile and Mingle best practices.
    • Quickly dive into tips and recommendations on how to configure and use Mingle to meet your project needs.
    • Learn how to setup projects, create a work flow, plan, track and report on your work, capture requirements and much more.

Contextual Help - Contextual visual help, including graphical maps of screens, provides information about what you are seeing and what you can do on a view.

    • Inline, contextual help is readily accessible whilst working in Mingle.
    • Links to relevant content provide fast access to more information.
    • Find this help on Mingle's card grid and list views as well as Mingle's administrative card types, properties and transitions screens.

Mingle help with Google® Site Search - Mingle online help users can access comprehensive and relevant content faster using Google’s powerful site search.

    Historical Reporting

The new Daily History Chart extends Mingle's reporting to include your project’s automatically generated historical data.

    • Create burn-up and burn-down charts using historical data.
    • Objective historical reporting provides both team members and management with information about project metrics and trends, allowing teams to evolve their processes and improve as well as improving visibility and traceability.
    • The use of Mingle’s automatically generated history means that users do not have to create extra reporting properties to capture history.

    Support for Third-party Applications

Google® Map and Calendar Macros - Embed a Google® map and Google® calendar into cards and wiki pages to share information across your teams about locations, dates, and deadlines.

API Enhancements - The Mingle API now supports creation of card properties and a card types as well as the ability to view all transitions for a project. This allows creation of Mingle project structure through the API.

How to Build a Mingle SCM Integration - We have documented the API for building Mingle SCM plugins

Updated database support - Mingle 3.2 supports PostgreSQL 8.3 and 8.4. Note: Mingle 3.2 does not support PostgreSQL 8.2.
