    Mingle 3.4 - new project using Agile Hybrid Template...

    Mingle 3.4 - new project using Agile Hybrid Template can't view card properties

    Hmmm, just set up a new Mingle 3.4 instance on Windows/Oracle64 and when I create a new project based on the Agile Hybrid Template, I can't view any card properties. It fails out with the following error message:

    We're sorry but Mingle found a problem it couldn't fix

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    You should be able to continue work by returning to the projects page or you may prefer to sign out and sign in again. 

     

    Logging out and back in doesn't make a difference... 

    Seen this before or have some hints to provide?

      Hi Chad,

      Mingle support team has created a ticket to track this issue. Please forward all the log files from the location <Mingle_Installation_Directory>/logs to enable them to diagnose the issue further.
