Cruise 1.3.2: Better Usability and Performance

Cruise 1.3.2 provides the following features:
- You can use your version control system's changeset or revision number in your pipeline labels.
- You can see how much disk space is available on each Cruise Agent. Cruise highlights agents with less than 100Mb free.
- Cruise now tells you if there is low disk space available for its data store, and stops scheduling if space becomes critically low.
- You can now click through from pipeline history to stage history pages.
Cruise 1.3.2 also comes with several bug fixes and some performance enhancements. In particular:
- Uploading artifacts is much more reliable;
- If you use large numbers of pipelines, scheduling will be snappier.
