    Sort-by descending in grid view
    Body:

    Hi,
I wonder if anybody managed to get a grid view sorted-by a priority property?

If you use the list view it is possible to sort ascending/descending but how do you do this in a grid? If you do not want to use ranking and drag-and-drop that is? The normal Mingle behaviour is sort-by ascending…

Could this be a problem because the property is "any number" and Mingle can not sort descending (if the property isn't a managed number list) in all views? /Lisa

You can't sort by a non-managed numeric property on the grid view. Managed numbers are sorted ascending. Is your priority property a non-managed numeric property?

      Hi Jay,

Yes we've got a non-managed property but since its just numbers couldn't Mingle sort this? A number is just a number even if it's not managed by Mingle.

Thanks Lisa. Yes, you are correct, Mingle could figure out the sort order of non-managed numbers. :) I wanted to verify that we'd need to play a story to add sorting descending as well as a story to sort by non-managed numeric properties in order to do what you are looking for here. Sounds like for this scenario we'd need both stories.
